Look what's blooming in our front yard - our Wisteria. And of course it's that beautiful purple and green. Guess what I thought of?
My sweet little Purple Pickles.
In my ongoing quest to be a better photographer (really big LOL here!!), I took these pictures yesterday afternoon. They look sort of "artsy" to me. Can I just say again that green and purple make me smile?
The beauty of nature continues to inspire me.
Happy stitching today,
Karen

Green and purple make me smile too! I like the photos, thanks for sharing them.
Lovely Pickles--and that purple and green is gorgeous...Mother Nature knows her colors for sure...hugs, Julierose
You found the perfect photo partners; well done! Your Pickle quilt is so very pretty, no arguing with nature's palette!
I love the Purple Pickles just as much as ever! Your quilt and the wisteria are a perfect combination. We don't have much wisteria over here, and I have been thinking fondly of all the wisteria over on 12th Ave by the Wisteria Tavern!
Your beautiful purple quilt does look very artsy with your wisteria. Happy spring!
great photos of your beautiful quilt. I love wisteria. Saw it in NJ but not here in CT
I loved seeing the wisteria blooming when we lived in South Carolina. I wanted to plant some but was warned by a couple people that it would take over everything in the yard so I did not. As it turns out, we only lived there three years so it never would have time to grow much for my time there. Your quilt looks very much a part of nature.

Lovely quilt and lovely flowers ....and lovely colors !! The perfect union !
Bravo Karen ^^
Gorgeous flowers .... gorgeous quilt .... so happy together!
It's neat to see how you are inspired by nature. I can't say that's a conscious inspiration for me. However, I do love your purple and green combo... one that I would never think to do myself. Your quilt looks perfect in that flower bed. Glad to see your photography skills have kicked up a notch! :-)
Very artsy! Lovely pictures of your beautiful quilt amongst the wisteria - a perfect setting! The colors in nature are delightful this time of year! Everything is blooming here in Oregon too. My DIL in Pensacola sent me a picture of my DGD in front of a huge wisteria.
