I'm was able to get some quilting done while we flew to Charlotte to spend a long weekend celebrating our oldest granddaughter's 7th birthday.
So my big question is this - do I add some red berries to vine or not? The original pattern called for red pears but I didn't want to add that much red since I added the red border. I'd love to hear your opinions..... :).
Until next time,
Karen

HMMMM - I think I'd add red berries. It's really wonderful - I like it a lot.
It looks wonderful! I agree with Darlene about adding some berries. I think they would help balance everything out. :0)
Seems like I put yellow pears on mine.
adorable little quilt, I'd add the berries too.
I think berries would definitely add some little pops of color!
How about adding buttons for the berries? just a suggestion - the angels are lovely!
the angels are wonderful, looks great on that wall btw!!!!
berries, yes I would add a few personally do the quilting then decide, the quilting might just be enough

I agree, red pears would be too much, but a few red berries would be great.
Hi Karen,
I love your angels. I think some red berries would be a nice addition eventhough it's already beautiful.
I like the idea of red berries but with or without, it's lovely.
While it's certainly lovely as is, I think the red berries would add a little pop to it without going overboard like pears would have.
Definitely red berries. That looks so pretty!
Ditto for the red berries.
It's lovely now but I think it would be lovelier with some fruit on the vines.
I agree with the above comments - I think some scattered random berries would look great!
Looks like we vote for more work for you, lol! But I think you'll be happier with thew finish ~
:-}pokey
berries, berries!
I agree with everyone else. Go for the berries! I'll be looking forward to seeing it finished.
