Table Cover

My Pineapple Nine Patch is quilted, bound, done!  It looks so pretty on my kitchen table.
I used the Grace line by 3 Sisters - so beautiful!!  Had to fill in with a little stash - mainly the lights.
In the centers I quilted small swirls.
The green areas got a soft squiggle design that goes back and forth.
I quilted a feather in the cream colored areas with a meandering vine in the outside red border.
A quilt on the table makes my kitchen seem warm and cozy.
Have a great day,
Karen

You're a gal after my own heart, quilting your own quilts as you do. Very soon I'll be "tearing down" my machine piecing set-up and resetting my sewing room for a long period of machine quilting. Tops are stacking up and need to be done. Keep being inspirational for me!

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Your quilt looks beautiful on the table. What a wonderful way to display and you get to enjoy! This quilt is very special, and just think, I made a few stitches in that binding!!
The colors of the fabrics are great together, and that pattern looks very hard to create. I plan to look for that book after the holidays. Merry Christmas!

What a beautiful quilt! The soft greens surrounded by white are very peaceful. I especially like the red crosses (or variations) with the off-white/cream background. Lovely.

Beautiful! I love how you quilted it. Maybe one day I will become friends with my machine enough to do a better job. My quilting still looks jerky, like I'm running scared. I just can't seem to relax. Maybe that will be my goal in 2013, relax and quilt. Sounds good anyway. :)
