One Little Step

All the little pieces are cut and I've started working on the Civil War wallhanging.  These fabrics are so beautiful and fun to work with.
As you can see, I have a long way to go.  And these long papers are a little tricky to work with.  I'm slowly getting the hang of it.  Once I finish all the piecing I'll start working on the applique.
Hope you all are having a nice Sunday, I'll be spending some quality time in my studio "playing" while it's 94 degrees out!!

I see you are paper piecing. Not my fun thing to do but those parts look little. May be the best way to do them.

How small since you are paper piecing?

I've paper-pieced flying geese in long strips like that, and I enjoyed it. I bet you do too. It's fun to watch the scrappy fabrics come together, though it looks like yours is more planned than mine was. I love geese like this, and pp ones are the best way to get perfect points. Looks like it's going to be a nice wall hanging.
